This Wellness Retreat is on Saturday, January 6, 2024. Start the New Year off taking care of yourself, honoring your body, mind, and spirit. Come join like-minded individuals and connect with our beautiful community and amazing practitioners.9:30am – 5pmAbout this Retreat:This 1-day Wellness Retreat is focused on you. First, you will open your body, breathe deeply, and unwind during yoga with Penny Bailey. Then, you will receive psychic readings and messages with Michelle Clare. Next, we will break for a light lunch and social hour with fellow retreat participants. After lunch, experience a relaxing sound bath and energy healing with Denise Knutson and Lisa Lippincott. The retreat ends with a social hour to connect with other attendees and the retreat leaders. What to bring:For this event - bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, and a water. There are extra blankets and bolsters provided at the studio. Plan to dress comfortably.Starting event time is prompt. Over her extensive career, she has acquired a diverse range of specialties including yoga, group fitness, personal training, fitness programming, aquatics, older adults &amp; specialty populations. Her passion for the industry has driven her to continuously enhance her skills, education, and experience.

Commonly Asked Questions:I’m new to yoga. Will this class be too advanced for me? If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Yoga is for every “body”. Options will be provided for the first-time through advanced yogis. You will be encouraged to pick the best options for your unique body. What should I expect during the group psychic reading? Everyone will receive a reading. Michelle receives messages from loved ones who have crossed over, as well as Angels and Life Guides. During readings Michelle is divinely guided by the client's Spirit Team to lovingly empower, direct and provide comfort for each individual. What happens during a sound bath and energy healing session? You will lay down, relax, and go into a deep meditative state that allows your body to release and let go of emotional and energetic blocks. The sound vibrations create an amazing experience for your body, mind, and spirit. The vibrations will resonate with you long after the event is over.
