Join us for a combined session for Cut to the Chase.

Let’s kick off the new year together. Join us for a joint session to discuss setting your 2024 mental and physical health goals. Food and drinks will be provided. This is an intentional space created for Black men._﻿_____________________________________Cut to the Chase is a monthly meet-up for Black men to gather and discuss the everyday challenges and issues they face. We invite men to join us for encouragement, counseling and support in a small group setting with licensed mental health professionals. For questions, contact rcobb@gsul.org or 916-286-8646.
