Yoga in the Garden: Senita Athletics Pop-Up at Greenwood Brewing.Senita Ambassador <a href="https://www.instagram.com/april_yog" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">April Denning</a>, RYT 200 (registered yoga teacher) will guide you through a 45-min vinyasa flow in the <a href="https://greenwoodbrews.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Greenwood Brewing</a> Beer Garden turned outdoor yoga studio! Good vibes only. S﻿enita Athletics will bring a mini-pop up shop and there will be a big giveaway from Greenwood x Senita - check our Instas to enter! Must be present at this event to win.Note: Please bring your own mats (not provided), ID and wear clothes easy to move in (show off your Senita!). Mat towels are suggested. Class is followed with a complimentary 5oz beer taster. To drink beer you must be 21+Secure your spot by grabbing tickets

M﻿eet your instructor: April Denning (pictured above in all Senita!)Originally from Michigan, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/april_yog" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">April</a> has called Phoenix home since 2020 and has fallen in love with our state ever since!April's favorite poses would have to be balancing poses as they require all your focus. She also loves a good inversion of any kind too! April loves teaching yoga because it simply helps so many people celebrate their uniqueness through movement."Breweries like Greenwood, woman-owned small businesses, and pop-ups are my JAM! Simply put, it's a super rad way to connect to community and support the local businesses that make this place so special to all of us. We have the coolest things going on. Girl Power!"
