2019 Solace Sunset Walk

Solace House provides one-on-one counseling for people who are experiencing suicidal thoughts, are in suicidal distress, engage in self-harm or have been bereaved by suicide. The service is completely FREE of charge and confidential. All of our therapists are Licensed Clinical Social Workers with many years experience. <H3><EM>Join us for our first annual Solace Sunset Walk!</EM></H3>
<H3>As we continue to break down the stigma and create awareness around suicide, we’re proud to announce the launch of our first annual Solace Sunset Walk.</H3>
<H3>Participants will cross the finish line as the sun sets and darkness emerges; reminding people and reinforcing the message that it’s okay not to be okay and Solace House is here to support you through dark, difficult times.</H3>

<H3>Located in Long Island City, Queens and on McLean Avenue, Yonkers, Solace House provides FREE life-saving services for people who are in suicidal distress, have made a suicide attempt, engage in self-harm or have been bereaved by suicide. We also offer Family Support for our client’s loved ones, group bereavement counseling and community awareness workshops and training.</H3>
