Wigs & Wine Drag Out The Vote Fundraiser

Drag Out The Vote™ is a non-partisan, non-profit organization that works with drag performers to promote participation in democracy. We register voters at drag events across the country. We organize drag queen-led get-out-the-vote (GOTV) activities during election cycles. Our first campaign is #DragOutTheVote2020 to register voters and get them out the polls for the November 2020 election.

SOLD OUT!! Join us October 17 at Coco Coquette for an EXCLUSIVE fierce and fabulous party complete with wigs, wine and winning at democracy! All proceeds from the party will benefit Drag Out The Vote, a non-partisan, non-profit national campaign that works with drag queens to register voters and get them out to the polls. Our first fundraiser is for 16 special people who want to be on the ground floor of launching our campaign. Party guests will: * select a wig from Coco Coquette's extensive wig wall to wear at the party and take home. * get a glam look from a makeup artist. Yes, lashes and glitter are included. * drink wine and sample nibbles. * be entertained by one of Austin's top drag queens. * kiki with like-minded friends who care about voter participation. * get registered to vote, if you are not already. Invite your friends who would love to be a queen for the night and help voters sashay their way to the polls. No tea, no shade, it's going to be a sickening time!
