<h3>A little action often spurs a lot of momentum.</h3><p>As a community, trust is key. It’s what allows us to come together, work towards a common goal, and achieve something truly special. One way to build trust within a community is through arts projects. These projects allow individuals to express themselves creatively, while also working together towards a shared vision. That's precisely what happen at our first <strong><strong>SHIFT </strong></strong><strong><strong>Workshop in the fall of 2023</strong></strong>. We were so inspired - we're doing it again. <strong><strong>Join us for our second SHIFT~ !</strong></strong></p><p></p><h3>Small teams learn to use collaboration skills, design thinking, and business planning to create small, locally implementable projects.</h3><p>That's what <strong><strong>SHIFT </strong></strong>is all about. This 3-day workshop will shift mindsets. Build trust and community. Your skills will improve and ultimately you will be part of creating an arts based project that will be implemented in a year for the Danbury community. Projects have a one-year timeline and under $10,000 budgets.</p><p></p><h3>We're excited!</h3><ul><li><strong><strong>Open to stakeholders throughout the region looking to collaborate with Danbury</strong></strong></li><li><strong><strong>Participation all three days is required</strong></strong></li><li><strong><strong>We're working on child care services - </strong></strong><em><strong><strong>check back with us!</strong></strong></em></li><li><strong><strong>Food provided by Mothership Bakery</strong></strong></li></ul>

<h2>Join us if you are:</h2><p><strong><strong>Creative Professionals</strong></strong>: artists, musicians, librarians, videographers, landscape designers, game developers, graphic designers, craft food and beverage makers, wordsmiths, or local restaurant owners...</p><p><strong><strong>Business Professionals:</strong></strong> shop owners, creative accountants, hospital administrators, history teachers, bank tellers, nurses, social workers, pastors, retail shop owners, manufacturers, or economic development professionals...</p><p><strong><strong>Creative thinkers</strong></strong>: wannabe rock stars, sorghum connoisseurs, ticket buyers, song downloaders, quilt collectors, or rose gardeners...</p>

Send us at: info@cawct.org to inquire.</h3><h3><br></h3><h3><strong><strong>Shift Your Mindset</strong></strong></h3><h4><strong><strong>Friday, Januray 19th | </strong></strong><strong><strong>4:00 PM - 8:00 PM</strong></strong></h4><p>Discover new ways to think about the power of creativity and challenge your mental models about art, business, community and money.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong><strong>Learn by Doing - With Others!</strong></strong></h3><h4><strong><strong>Saturday, January 20th | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</strong></strong></h4><p>Take the mystery out of business planning and strengthen your creative muscles. Work with a small, facilitated group to create a local project that uses creativity to improve your community. Use the Air Project Canvas to build a business plan that is implementable.</p><p><br></p><h3>Find Your Voice</h3><h4>Sunday, January 21st | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM</h4><p>Present your groups’ plan, show and tell the story of your Community Collaboration Project and get valuable feedback from local leaders.</p>
