What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

There are no refunds for hiTechMODA events. If you are unable to make it, we will credit you for a future hiTechMODA event, to be used within one calendar year.

Question 2

Is parking available?

There are numerous parking garages in the area, but remember that Times Square is a very busy part of NYC. Parking garages on the same block as the Edison Ballroom fill up fast with people coming to see the many Broadway shows and other events. We recommend planning ahead.

Is there accessible seating?

Accepted Answer

hiTechMODA strives to be all-inclusive, including ensuring our guests with specific needs are accommodated in accordance with federal, state, and city law and just because it's the right thing to do.

Question 4

If the designer/model I want to see is rescheduled for a different showtime, what about my ticket?

Accepted Answer

We will be happy to transfer your ticket to the new showtime. Simply contact us and let us know and we will gladly assist you in making the change.

Question 5

Are backstage passes available?

Accepted Answer

No. Due to the size of the venue backstage area, and for the safety of our designers and models, we do not allow the general public or press backstage.

Question 6

If I purchase a VIP Sofa seat, how many people can I bring with me?

Accepted Answer

Each ticket for a VIP Sofa is for one person only.  Each sofa seats up to 5 people, so if you wanted the entire sofa, you would need to purchase 5 VIP Sofa tickets.

Question 7

How many people can sit in each VIP Bucket Seat?

Accepted Answer

One. These are single-person seats.

Question 8

Is photography allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  We ask that you refrain from using a flash of any kind as it interferes with the official photography and videography.
