Join us for a chill night where we'll screen the critically acclaimed film about the architect 1963 March on Washington, Bayard Rustin.

The Bros In Convo Initiative

Get ready to enjoy an awesome movie night. We have selected the incredible film Rustin, directed by George C. Wolfe which features an all-star cast including Colman Domingo as Bayard Rustin, Chris Rock, Glynn Turman, Jeffrey Wright, and Audra McDonald.Rustin tells the powerful story of Bayard Rustin, the openly gay Black civil rights leader who dedicated his life to a quest for racial equality. Rustin challenged authority and never apologized for who he was but was forgotten despite making history. Rustin spotlights the man who, alongside Martin Luther King Jr., dared to imagine a different world and inspired a movement.We will provide nonalcoholic beverages and snacks; bring yourself and maybe a blanket. Masks are encouraged.
