The A-CSM is ideal fo a Certified ScrumMaster who has one or more years of work experience in as a Scrum Master.

This two-day workshop has been designed by training experts to provide learners with a unique experience. Focusing on real experiences, this course introduces and reinforces important concepts to help address the real-world problems that Scrum Masters face daily. Unlike other courses, you’ll walk away with an actual portfolio of games, tools, and techniques to enhance your coaching/training/mentoring/facilitating experience with your organization. This course not only teaches you the concepts, it prepares you to go back and teach them yourself.

Do I have to be a Certified Scrum Master® to take this course?

To take the course, you do not need to be certified. However, in order to be eligible for certification, you must have both 12 months of experience as a Scrum Master AND your Certified Scrum Master® certificate from the Scrum Alliance.

Do I need to be a Certified Scrum Master® for 12 months?

No! You simply need your CSM® from the Scrum Alliance AND 12 months of experience. You do not need to be certified for 12 months.
