<p>Join us for an unforgettable group where you can immerse yourself in the meditative world of pen strokes and support while you create beautiful patterns. Each week we will explore a dementia caregiver topic to enhance your confidence in caregiving. We will discuss topics while Tangling. Whether you're experienced in the art of ZenTangle or just a doodler, we will guide you on a journey of compassionate support, self-expression and mindful relaxation.</p><p>No artistic background or talent is required – our group is designed for all skill levels. You will leave with a newfound appreciation for the art form and the ability to create stunning designs while you achieve some inner peace when you need it.</p>
