Join Movement for Choice and Girl Up for a donation-based, all-levels yoga class at Flow Yoga Center! We welcome girls and allies over the ages of 13 year old to join us for a morning of flow, advocacy, and community.Movement for Choice is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers education, events, and donation-based yoga and fitness classes to help fund access to abortion for ALL — especially Black, Brown, Queer, and Trans communities who have long fought for and been denied access to reproductive care and justice. Girl Up operates a global network of regional affiliates and serves 200,000 girls in 152 countries. As part of Girl Up’s global network, Girl Up USA delivers evidence-based leadership development training through our girl-led Clubs, programs, and events across the United States.
