On her journey as a researcher, Dr Adriana Candeias spent 15 years investigating the function of ecosystems and what makes us healthy.Since 2008, she has been applying the concept of sustainability to human relationships and she designed several coaching programmes.Adriana’s vast academic and holistic trainings support her work as a wellness strategist, seeing clients from her clinic in London and internationally.She often presents up-to-date seminars to professionals on the role of pleasure and healing, facilitates workshops on authentic relating, team building & conflict transformation to organisations and the general public.Adriana created the WOMAN OF ME as a self-care empowering programme of excellence for women and moderates her associated women circles and international online community.She is often consulted for her unique ability to merge the scientific with the spiritual, teaches Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) and is passionate in developing conscious relationships, parenting and leadership in the building of advance, sustainable and compassionate communities.Check her webiste and social media profiles.

My diverse scientific studies support my work as a health strategist, working closely with patients from my clinic in London, lecturing professionals on the role of pleasure and factors for health, coaching on communication &amp; intimacy. Often clients are drawn towards my ability to merge the scientific with my spiritual interests.
