Thank you for your ticket purchase! You can print your tickets at home and bring them with you OR you can just check in at our welcome desk at our Backstage entrance when you arrive. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your showtime to enjoy a Pre-Show experience in our BACKSTAGE hosted by musical artists, John and Jen Carrozza. Entrance to the concert will be through our BACKSTAGE environment. This event is Reserved Seating and tables and seats are numbered. Guests will exit through our Main Worship Center Doors at the conclusion of the concert. You do have the option for exchanges or refunds through this ticketing service. If you would like a refund, you can process that through this ticket service up to 1 day before the show. The event sells out every year so if you cannot attend, we encourage you to use our refund process so others can enjoy the show. Thank you! We look forward to celebrating the season with you!
