She partners with businesses, universities, and communities to support foreign-born individuals and entrepreneurs. Suzanne has a rich background in communications, previously working in senior roles at Anheuser-Busch and Fleishman-Hillard, focusing on Hispanic marketing and crisis management. She later launched her own PR consultancy to guide businesses in narrative crafting and customer engagement. With a BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Suzanne, a proud daughter of Colombian immigrants, is fluent in Spanish. Serving on the Boards of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce-St. Louis and The Collective Thread, her dedication to aiding foreign-born professionals was recognized in 2021 when she was honored as a Champion of Diversity and Inclusion by the St. Louis Business Journal.</p>

<h2>Natalia Corray, Assistant Vice President, Multicultural Marketing, Midwest BankCentre</h2><p>Natalia Corray, AVP of Multicultural Marketing at Midwest BankCentre, is a visionary strategist dedicated to devising potent strategies for diverse groups. Under her guidance, omni-channel campaigns echo with diverse consumers, created hand-in-hand with digital and sales departments. <h2>Angel Recci, Market Manager, Telemundo St. Louis</h2><p>Angel is a passionate and driven leader known for his commitment to the Hispanic/Latino community in St. Louis. He is the Market Manager for Telemundo St. Louis(WXSL). In his role, he oversees the entire operations for Telemundo St. Louis whilesetting the grounds to establish and grow the TV station in the St. Louis DMA. Angelis also responsible for developing and maintaining strong client and communityrelationships in an effort to provide his advertising partners a meaningful connectionand engagement with the buying power of its audience, while serving, informing, andcelebrating the vibrant Hispanic/Latino local community. His main objective is to makeTelemundo St. Louis the voice and representation of the Hispanic/Latino community inthe St. Louis region.</p>

<h2>Martha Garcia Kampen, President &amp; CEO, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Metro St. Louis</h2><p>Martha Garcia Kampen currently leads as President &amp; CEO of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis, having assumed the role in February 2023. Prior to this, she championed diversity as the Chief Diversity Officer at St. Charles Community College and played a critical role in the chamber's growth phase in 2015-2016. She's also the founder of Kampen Consultants, LLC, established in 1988, where she crafts tailored cultural marketing strategies. A bi-cultural, first-generation Mexican American, Martha possesses a unique expertise in Cross-Cultural Communications &amp; Market Strategy. She's shared her insights through various platforms, notably at the Hispanic Chamber’s Leadership Institute. Educated with a BSBA from SEMSU and DEI certified by the University of Florida, Martha's passion lies in mentoring up-and-coming Latina leaders. Proudly residing in St. Louis since 1983, she's the mother of three successful bi-cultural children.</p>
