Being a new dad can be overwhelming. As a part of our MANtenance Campaign, UCHealth is helping with tips and four interactive sessions for soon-to-be-new-dads consist of:<ul><li>Real Talk (breast feeding, delivery, post op, what to expect)</li><li>New Dad (basic how to&#x27;s; support, swaddle, diaper, sleep schedule)</li><li>Health &amp; Wealth (manage expenses, college savings, insurance)</li><li>A Panel Discussion. Learn and hear from veteran dads, Justin Simmons (Broncos Starting Safety) and Ryan Harris (Former Broncos Offensive Lineman and current Radio Broadcaster), about being a father, lessons they learned and how fatherhood has changed them.</li></ul>Discussion to be streamed on<a href="https://www.facebook.com/uchealthorg/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> UCHealth&#x27;s Facebook page.</a>This event is exclusive to men who are soon-to-be-NEW-dads.
