Hike N' Flow - N' Partnership with Athleta! 

Brooklyn Bridge Flow (bbflow) is a social-impact organization and mobile wellness studio located in Brooklyn, New York. It is the creation of Regina Roch and Najma Dawood.Regina and Najma met in Yoga School at Sacred Brooklyn Studio and realized that they were SOUL SISTAS! Their individual healing journeys came to a culmination during Yoga Teacher Training, where Brooklyn Bridge Flow was birthed. During their training, they discovered a shared desire to live a purpose-driven life and now, their mission is to help others do the same by finding inner peace through mindful living and wellness.

Fall is in full swing and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate with our Hike N' Flow! Let's get in touch with mother nature, as we tree pose amongst the wisest and oldest amongst us (oak, hickory, maple and beech to name a few). During this Hike N' Flow, we will explore nature, flow, meditate, journal, and break bread together.  All levels are welcome! Beginners are encouraged to flow at their own pace.

Guided hike, 1-hour yoga class, and light refreshments: $25
Light snacks will be provided. Please bring your mat, water bottle, and lunch.
<H3>Schedule</H3>
10:15am - Check-in at Alley Pond Park
(Meet by Parking Entrance of Alley Pond Aventure Course, near Ballfield #12. We encourage everyone to car-pool, and/or take a car service --Via, Lyft, Uber). 
10:45am - Hike
12:00pm - Yoga Flow
1:00pm - Lunch
1:30pm - Guided Meditation
2:00pm - Goodbyes!

We wouldn't leave you hanging without a little something SPECIAL! All yogis who register by October 13th are invited to a special shopping event with #bbflow at the Athleta Flagship store on 18th and 5th Avenue. The event will take place on Monday, October 14th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. We will be SHOWING AWF our favorite Athleta LEWKS for the hike-- and YOU get first pick. You will want to be camera ready for this-- and as we say, if you stay ready, you don't have to get ready. Shoppers will get 20% off all merch!
Last but not least-- everyone who signs up for the Hike 'N Flow gets a complimentary class to the new Athleta Studio. You won't want to miss any. of. this. See you there!
