If you have never been immersed in a Gong Bath, you're in for a treat!

The sounds and vibrations of the gong have been shown to havetherapeutic value: to detoxify, reduce blood pressure, relieve stressand stimulate the immune system. Nick returns to Arboretum for SoulSundays and this time will enhance your experience with a guidedvisualisation and essential oils.If you have never been immersed in a Gong Bath, you're in for a treat!Simply lay down and let the gong take you on a wonderful journey. Toprepare you for the Gong Bath, we will start with a short set of warmup stretches and breathing. After the Gong Bath we will do an activemeditation together. No prior experience needed.Although we provide blankets and mats, please bring a cushion or othersupport if you need it to sit and lay down happily for an hour.Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended. You can also sit in achair if you prefer not to lay on a yoga mat.Event delivered by Nick Stolerman, a Kundalini yoga and meditationteacher and gong player.Self care notes from Nick: although I have never come across anyhealth issues, if you are in the first three months of pregnancy, itis advisable not to do any type of yoga or gong meditation. If youwear hearing aids, it is best to remove them so you experience thegong directly, not amplified in any way.
