We are honored to have Mrs. Pat Furlong of Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy as well as Douglas Levine of CureDuchenne as our guest speakers. Pat is a mother figure to all the parents in the muscular dystrophy community, and a true role model to all parents with children with rare diseases. "Doug" Levine, as Lukian (Luka is his nick-name) calls him, is a well-known physical therapist in the Muscular Dystrophy community, and has been Lukian's PT since he was two and half years old!
