About The Autism Hero ProjectThe Autism Hero Project (AHP) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that seeks to "prepare kids with autism for the world and prepare the world for them." AHP improves the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum, and their families by purchasing medical insurance for therapeutic services. AHP also educates others to understand autism-related needs in everyday life and promotes more than just awareness among communities. They strive to create a world of inclusion, where ALL means ALL. You will enjoy International Food Stations, a Cash bar, a DJ , A &quot;Special&quot; Performance while you network and meet BEAUTIFUL people just like you. Our HEROES are INTENTIONAL about AUTISM AWARENESS &amp; INCLUSION and understand that it Takes a Village to support a community! You will also be a witness as we recognize &quot;Our Heroes&quot; !Currently, autism affects approximately 1 in 59 children. (1 in 37 boys and 1 in 159 girls) So please consider being a HERO and championing this worthy cause . All proceeds raised will go directly to pay for medical insurance premiums to fund ABA and other therapies for our families.
