Join us for an intentional afternoon with sound energy. Our invitation for our time together is to create intentions for compassionate closure and hold the space for new beginnings. You are welcome to bring paper/notebook and writing utensils to connect to our intentions before our practice. Sound healing is a vibrational experience bringing the physical, mental, and emotional bodies into balance. There are several benefits to sound healing including deep relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction, improved sleep, sense of clarity and more. My joy is bringing these transformational healing tools to the world. Please join me for a journey into self where all answers reside. Dress comfortably and bring a mat if you choose.
