TACC is a Roxbury-based nonprofit tackling community-identified barriers through economic and workforce development, research, and policy strategies that expand pathways to meaningful opportunities in communities of color. Our workforce development initiative, Roxbury Worx, focuses on connecting middle-skills and hidden workers from communities of color to career pathways in expanding sectors such as Life Sciences/Biotech, Healthcare, and Green/Blue Technology.
