October's Full Moon Small Group Singing Bowl Meditation

Give yourself a gift of soul medicine for October's Full Moon. This 50 healing session will allow your body to relax and your mind to recharge. We will be in full autumnal swing by the time of this moon, so why not treat yourself and/or a loved one to this blissful state. 
Please wear loose fitting clothing with no buttons or zippers. Make sure to drink water throughout the day to prepare. This class is open to all meditation levels. 
Tibetan singing bowl healing is tradition that is thousands of years old that allows sound vibrations to flow through your body allowing the body to return to its natural state of peace and ease, reduces stress, lowers heart rate and increases bloodflow. All you need to do is lay and be, the bowls will do the rest.
