Replenish and recharge on the Full Moon in Gemini.

YDM Meditation with Yashoda Devi Ma

This workshop starts with a discussion of the current astrological aspects. Then we'll relax our bodies with streteches and movements from Kundalini Yoga, and practice a special meditation aligned with the Full Moon in Gemini. Finally, rest and restore in an extended gong relaxation with the 36" Paiste Brilliant Symphonic Gong, 21" Gongland Infinity Gong, large crystal singing bowls, and chimes.

No experience necessary.Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any pillows/cushions that will make you comfortable while laying on your back. Some meditation cushions available at studio.Free and paid parking available on surrounding streets. The gong is not recommended for anyone pregnant or children under 7. It is not recommmended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alchohol during a gong bath.
