We've partnered with Corona USA for a Cleanup series to bring together their local communities to Protect Our Beaches & Blue Planet! Join Oceanic Global & Corona Extra's efforts to clean up 100 BEACHES & remove 1 MILLION POUNDS of plastic by 2025!

Join <a href="https://oceanic.global/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Oceanic Global</a>, and <a href="https://www.alloneocean.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">All One Ocean</a>, <a href="https://www.millvalleystreamkeepers.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mill Valley StreamKeepers</a>, and our SF / Marin County community as a Community Cleanup Volunteer to Protect Our Beaches and Blue Planet.This cleanup will cover Bothin Marsh Preserve and the Bayfront Park system. Volunteers will clean up microplastics, litter, and debris that are trapped in the marsh area, multi-use path, and park system, tackling trash before it has a chance to flow out into the Bay. This free event is to help preserve our blue planet and is an opportunity to meet our local SF community!Meeting Point: Meet at the entrance to Bayfront Park from the end of Sycamore Ave (<a href="https://www.google.com/maps/place/37%C2%B053'48.7%22N+122%C2%B031'34.5%22W/@37.8968559,-122.5311319,644m/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m7!1m2!2m1!1smill+valley+bike+path!3m3!8m2!3d37.896856!4d-122.526261?entry=ttu" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">PIN HERE</a>)Activities:<ul><li>~ 1:00 PM Volunteer Sign-in &amp; grounding remarks by OG’s Anna Dukor</li><li>~ 1:15 PM Cleanup to protect Bothin Marsh Preserve!</li><li>~ 2:40 PM Impact Sorting &amp; Closing Remarks</li></ul>Access:<ul><li>For those commuting by car, ride sharing is encouraged where possible. Street parking and some park spots are available along Sycamore Ave, right by the cleanup meeting point. Overflow parking can be found at Hauke Park - simply take the multi-use trail over towards the Sycamore Ave entrance to Bayview Park to find the cleanup.</li><li>Bayfront Park and the Mill Valley Multi-Use Trail are largely ADA accessible. Most cleanup activities at this park should be able to accommodate a wide range of abilities and ages. Some cleanup activities that are off-trail may not be accessible.</li><li>Volunteers can select whether to work within the park or go "off-trail" into the marsh. For volunteers feeling adventurous, please bring rain/mud boots and long work pants that you don't mind getting dirty.</li></ul>What to pack: Volunteers will be provided with clean-up supplies, including gloves and bags. Come dressed comfortably for the clean-up, we recommend closed-toe shoes and bring your reusable water bottle. If you'd like, feel free to bring your own gardening gloves and reusable bags!

This year, Oceanic Global launched a series of Experiential Cleanup Events sponsored by Corona Extra between June - December 2023. The Cleanups are hosted by Oceanic Global in partnership with our regional communities to bring together their local communities to Protect Our Beaches and Blue Planet. The national cleanup series has already taken place across multiple coastal locations including LA, New York, and the Hamptons. To continue to drive further impact additional events have been confirmed for LA, San Francisco and Miami, and we're just getting started!
