This gathering is a celebration of the divine feminine energy within each of us, nurturing our spirits and souls.Cacao Ceremony: We start the event enjoying the heart-opening properties of cacao, allowing it to deepen the journey.Yoga: Slow flow to restore your mind and body, gently guiding you towards deep relaxation.Pranayama: Explore the power of breath with pranayama exercises, grounding yourself in the present moment.Reiki: Experience the healing energy of Reiki, restoring your body's natural balance and vitality.Akashic Records Guided Experience: Unlock the secrets of your soul with a guided journey into the Akashic Records, accessing timeless wisdom and insight.Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and other healing instruments that will be played during the event.Sharing Circles: Connect with like-minded women, where you can express yourself, share your experiences, and open your heart.*Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle. The studio provides mats, props and water.
