Lutricia Foster, MHA and Author is the founder of  The Hillary Foundation LLC. A seasoned corporate leader Lutricia , carries a legacy of service, hope, and community pride. With over 30 years of experience in Healthcare Management Administration, Business Operations, Human Resources, and Regulatory Compliance Industries, Lutricia's dedication extends far beyond her professional realm. Established in 2019 and named in honor of her late mother, Patricia Ann Hillary Gilstrap, who selflessly served her family and hometown community of St. Petersburg, FL, the Foundation embodies a passionate commitment to inspiring and uplifting others. It's in this spirit that the Foundation presents 'Permission to Heal,' a gathering aimed at igniting the process of healing. 

Host & Founder

Zanetta Ellison, LMHC is the CEO of New Vision Mental Health and specializes in trauma informed care for all ages, mood disorders and treating youth related disorders. Services also include traditional counseling, corporate workshops & trainings as well as youth & school based services. 

Key Note Speaker 

Lola B. Morgan is the Owner & Founder of A Griot's Corner, LLC, located in St. Petersburg, FL. She is a strong community leader, and her advocacy for those who've suffered trauma is unwavering. This Human Potential Activator uses modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT) to remove blockages in retraining the mind. Her programs equip individuals with the power to tap into levels of healing while unleashing the most authentic version of themselves!
