The MBSR classes use a combination of mindfulness, meditation, body awareness, gentle yoga and the exploration of patterns or behavior, thinking, feeling and action. This is an evidenced based approach which has beneficial effects for both mental and physical health.Classes are 2 hours long except for the first and last class which are 3 hours long. Overall, this course offers 30 hours of experiential learning and instruction.This course will be offered as a hybrid model allowing for virtual or in person attendance.The cost for the course is $725.Julie Russomanno, MC, LPC is a Certified EMDR Therapist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant and a Level 1 MBSR teacher. She is registered with the Global Mindfulness Collaborative*﻿** Refunds are offered up to 7 days prior to the start date of the class. If for some reason you need to withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances, we would be happy to transfer your payment as credit to a future class for the same group. Successful groups depend on cohesive group dynamics and changes in attendance disrupt consistency.
