Do I have to be physically fit to participate in the fitness portion?

No! This is for all levels. Go at your own pace and what makes you feel comfortable.

What to wear and bring?

Wear fitness gear. Bring a chair, and pack a lunch bag with your favorite small meal and snacks. (sandwich, nuts, water, fruit). Anything that gives you energy, not heavy items that will drain your energy.

What if I'm nervous to participate in fitness/wellness portion?

You don't have to, but your mind, body, and spirit will thank you if you do while moving to gospel songs.
