For strategic communicators, 2023 has undoubtedly been the year of artificial intelligence. AI continues to rapidly change how organizations communicate internally and externally, introducing new opportunities, risks and challenges. As we approach the 1-year anniversary of OpenAI's release of ChatGPT, this panel of leading communication experts and educators will share their perspectives on what the insurgence of AI tools and technologies means for brands, their reputation, and the future of strategic communication.
