Got stains? Clothes that need a makeover? Have indigo dreams?

1504 S Coast Hwy

Drop-in to our community dye bath then linger after - we'll be playing tunes and pouring natural wine. Better known as over-dying, our communal dip will allow you to cover your stained, faded clothes, and give your garments a total color makeover. Extend the life of your garments or have fun dyeing new ones. Select white styles from local, ethical apparel brand Honest Cotton will be available for purchase on-site including tees/tops, tunics, pants, dresses, and scrunchies. Dye vats will be prepared by master Guatemalan artisan, Olga Reiche, whose naturally-dyed garments have been featured in Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue México. Location: Folklore Studio, 1504 S Coast Hwy (entrance on Calliope St.)Suggested Donation: $10-20/per garment
