Where is this workshop being held?

This workshop is being held at the Cambria Hotel Conference Room in downtown Ocean City, MD.

13 St Louis Ave.
Ocean City, MD

The conference room is located on the GROUND FLOOR, directly past the elevators on the right.

FREE parking within the Cambria Hotel Parking Lot.

Question 2

What do I need to bring with me?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and anything that you need to lie comfortably on the ground - Like a pillow or blanket.

Feel free to bring a personal journal with you to use during the integration + reflection portion of the workshop.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

You'll want to be comfy, think yoga/workout clothes, or any loose clothing that provides for free range of movement.

Less restrictive is better.

Dress is layers. You may become warm or HOT during the movement portion but COLD during the somatic Breathwork portion.

Question 4

Do I have to go to Brunch after the workshop?

Accepted Answer

NO.

Brunch is optional, BUT it's going to be a great time!

You'll need to purchase a brunch ticket separately as an add-on to your workshop ticket, NO later than 48 hrs before the event date.

The brunch ticket includes bottomless brunch food & (1) mimosa or mocktail. It does NOT include the tip.

What if I can no longer attend the workshop?

Accepted Answer

If you are no longer able to attend the workshop PLEASE notify myself or TARA -there are only 22 headsets available & we want to make sure someone else is able to attend.

Due to the small nature of the business NO refunds or rain checks will be provided. If you purchased BRUNCH, this is refundable.
