Greatness Within Herbs

Release and recharge with Yin &amp; Juice (TM): The Detox Edition led by Caroline Collins of Soul Care by Caro and hosted at Greatness Within Herbs (3000 Walnut Grove Rd., Memphis).The experience begins with harmonizing breathwork, followed by a Yin Yoga practice using seated and reclined yoga postures to detox the body and gently release energetic blockages. We’ll explore each pose with our breath for up to 5 minutes, offering your body and nervous system time to relax and loosen the grip of stored tension and stress.A sound bath featuring quartz cyrstal bowls will close out the practice, followed by time to chill and sip on herbal seamoss-infused lemonades to boost your body's detoxification process, made with love by Greatness Within Herbs.Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this class is suitable for all levels! A few mats, blankets, and blocks will be available but you are highly encouraged to bring your own (blocks are optional).
