​We firmly believe that encouragement and early education in STEM is an ideal platform to develop a girl’s communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical-thinking abilities, which are important in building an informed and balanced society.  These abilities can help girls -whether or not they pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and math– acquire skills to confront real-world problems, examine issues, and apply knowledge to search for solutions.​All Girls STEM Society, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, strives to inspire and excite girls to begin to pursue STEM, through various free events and workshops that involve STEM projects in a fun and hands-on environment.

Have you ever wondered why lightning happens? Or how we can power objects like flashlights, calculators, and the electric candles inside of our jack-o-lanterns? If you’re interested in learning more about the electricity that powers our everyday world, join us for our Electricity &amp; Power workshop! Together, we’ll have the chance to make cute light-up animals, participate in fun Halloween-themed activities and to win cute prizes during trivia!For girls in grades 3-8.
