Lorena has 7+ years experience instructing Zumba and will help you shake it like no other!SWEAT, Salsa and laugh your way to a fun work out! When class is finished a beer of your choice will be waiting to be served to you! Please arrive 10-15 prior to class start to sign in and pick beer! Zumba class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits
