Shamanic Breathwork is an experiential process that draws upon neo-shamanic, psycho-spiritual, and somatic practices to support you in awakening your inner wisdom. Using a connected circular breath, in conjunction with chakra attuned music, this breathwork modality will invite you to journey beyond the limits of your ego identity so that you can connect with the wisdom of your soul and embody your inner healer - the aspect of your consciousness that knows how to navigate transformation and change. All of nature knows how to change and transform - the trees know when it’s time to drop their leaves, the snake knows when it’s time to shed its skin, and the caterpillar knows when it’s time to become a butterfly. We, too, have this inner knowing and this inner guidance when it comes to healing and transformation. This aspect of our conscious is our inner healer and our inner wisdom, and it is this aspect that the Shamanic Breathwork Process supports you in awakening and experiencing so that you may live your life fully embodied and empowered by your inner guidance. About the workshop: This two-hour workshop will begin with an opening circle, followed by a brief introduction to breathwork and the lineage of this specific modality (Shamanic Breathwork). We will then enter the breathwork journey which will be followed by an group sharing. Please bring the following items with you to support your journey experience: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, journal, pen, and eye mask (optional).Please note: Shamanic Breathwork can bring up strong physical and emotional experiences. To better hold and support you, your journey and your transformative process, please inform Facilitators if you are currently experiencing or have experienced the following conditions: cardio-vascular problems, epilepsy, recent surgery, pregnancy, or psychosomatic, mental health, other physical limitations, or emotional problems. About Shamanism: Within the context of this workshop, the use of the word “shamanic” and “shamanism” draws upon the understanding that shamanism and shamanic practices are some of the world’s oldest spiritual practices honored by mankind. Rooted within the cycles and seasons of the earth, and inspired by the dance of the cosmos, shamanic practices allow human beings to deepen their connection with themselves, the natural world, and the universe so that they may live life fully empowered and connected to greater love and wisdom. Shamanic practices can be found within cultures and societies all around the world. Each culture, race, and lineage have a way of connecting to the spiritual worlds around and within them. Whether practitioners identify themselves as shamans, curanderos, druids, medicine persons, or something else altogether, the Shamanic Breathwork Process understands that all of humanity are descendants from animistic, or shamanic cultures. This ability to live life fully connected to ourselves, the natural world and cosmos, and source wisdom and guidance from these outer and inner worlds, is the practice of shamanism and it is encoded within our DNA. We are hardwired to live life from this deeper place of connection and perspective, and the Shamanic Breathwork Process supports us in awakening and embodying this wisdom and knowing within our everyday life. About Jasin Meadow Fox:  Jasin Meadow Fox is a Master Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator and an Ordained Shamanic Minister thru Venus Rising Association for Transformation. He is trained and initiated within a Celtic Shamanic Tradition and draws upon his training to support individuals in awakening and experiencing the magic and mysteries that resides within. In addition, he is a Usui and Karuna-Ki Reiki Master, an Astrological Consult, and a Tarot Reader. Jasin is dedicated to supporting others along their healing and transformational journey, and he is passionate about creating a safe space for individual to awaken their own inner wisdom.
