Join us for an evening of socializing and learning about careers with horses!

Amplify Horse Racing End-of-Year Networking EventInaugurated in 2022, this event gathers industry newcomers, young professionals, and field experts for a night of networking and learning about careers with horses. The evening will open with an educational, moderated panel discussion, followed by three breakout sessions thereafter. Here are the breakout sessions:Panel Discussion: The initial panelists will stay in place for attendees in smaller groups to ask further questions about what was discussed.Cue-Card Discussion: Industry experts will guide attendees through a cue-card exercise to engage in conversation. This will be a welcoming way for mentors to invite attendees into the conversation about a specific career field.Elevator Pitch Workshop: During this workshop, mentors will talk about the importance of perfecting your elevator pitch and understanding how to present yourself effectively in professional settings.Schedule:4:00-4:15 – Event begins with open mingling and snacks4:15-4:25 – Introduction and recognizing of Amplify travel grant recipients4:25-4:45 – Panel discussion4:50-5:05 – Breakout session 15:10-5:25 – Breakout session 25:30-5:45 – Breakout session 35:45-6:00 – Rotate back into center, closing statements, final minglingT﻿ickets - $10 in advance, $15 at the door
