Does the store have mats and eye masks?

Accepted Answer

We always recommend you bring your own mat or cushioned surface to lay on, but if you don't have one, this studio has ample mats, comfy back jack meditation chairs, and blankets!  We also have eye masks for you if you forget yours or don't have one!

how long is the actual sound bath portion

Accepted Answer

The sound bath portion ranges but is generally about 30-40 minutes.  There is usually a guided meditation of some kind beforehand and either a sound (toning or chanting) exercise to open the body to receive the sounds better, or a Breathwork exercise or maybe both!  It changes every time.

Is there a restroom in the studio?

YES! There is a restroom onsite in the studio!

Question 4

What if I fall asleep?

Perfectly fine!  Happens all the time and if any snoring happens that is disturbing we will lightly tap you on the shoulder to rouse you a bit.  If you sleep, it means your body needed the rest!

What happens if I can't make it?

Can I come in late?

We do not allow anyone in after we start the class (unless it is right in the beginning) as it disturbs other people who got there in time. We recommend you get there at least 15 minutes before we start so you have time to find a spot, maybe journal a little or begin to quiet your mind.
