Feeling burnt out? Have felt burnt out? Exhausted by the grind of advertising?

Advertising, as an industry, is known for tight deadlines, client demands, long hours, and a hustle culture where burnout is real. And in a world where 84% of adults report experiencing anxiety, sadness and anger in response to prolonged stress (American Psychological Association), it’s incredibly important that we prioritize taking care of ourselves, advocate for what we need, and foster healthy work environments.In this virtual lunch and learn session, local mental health advocate and Lived Experience Faculty at SafeSide Prevention in Rochester, Kristina Mossgraber, will share her thoughts and tips on navigating mental health in a business like ours.
