Who: Parents and Caregivers 
1.	Parenting can be both rewarding and stressful at times. This workshop will help parents discover new ways to lower stress, address the frustration of everyday life and celebrate the little moments that bring us joy.
2.	Through mindfulness techniques and positive physiology, self-care is front and center for each parent with an understanding of the stretching parents must do caring for their son/daughter. Put yourself first, at least for a couple of hours, and take some time to focus on you.
