Friends of Mill Ridge Park is an Antioch-based nonprofit with a mission to enhance and advocate for Mill Ridge Park to strengthen the community in Southeast Davidson County.

A family-friendly, pet-friendly 5K along a new primitive grassland  loop trail at the new Mill Ridge Park followed by the Grand Celebration!

Mill Ridge Park

It&#x27;s the first-annual Family-Friendly 5K at Mill Ridge Park. The new grassland loop trail meanders among the meadows, hilltops, treelines, cedar glades, and ponds and streams at Mill Ridge Park.You can walk, jog, run, or roll (in wagons for little ones) for just over 3 miles with your pets on leash, too (please clean up after them). Plus, there’ll be the option to use the quarter-mile paved loop trail around the great lawn. The 5K is self-timed. Enjoy refreshments, music, and parkland stories along the way. Start between 8AM and 9AM. The afterparty Grand Celebration starts at 10 a.m. with live music and dance, food trucks, games, crafts, exhibits, and more -- sponsored by Freeland Auto, Wirtgen Group, Tanger, Pinnacle Financial Partners, HCA Healthcare &amp; TriStar Health. While entry is free, we ask for your help to raise $5K to improve trails at Mill Ridge Park. How many $5s can you raise for trails at Mill Ridge Park. For your donation and your finish, collect your Family-Friendly 5K finisher&#x27;s prize at the end.
