Ground yourself to nature during our beginners tai chi demonstration!

James Farm Ecological Preserve

T﻿his event has reached capacity. Please email Maddie at mfox@inlandbays.org to be added to the waitlist. Celebrate the transition to fall with us at the Preserve with a tai chi demonstration! A tai chi instructor will guide us all in a beginners lesson to help connect to nature and embrace the changing of the season. Following the lesson, we will take a guided nature walk throughout the Preserve looking for signs of fall! Closed-toe shoes are encouraged. Please remember to bring water, sunscreen and insect repellant, if desired since the Preserve can be buggy. Please note: Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present at all times. Thank you for your cooperation. By registering for this program you will be added to the Center&#x27;s e-newsletter.We&#x27;ll be walking about 1-2 miles throughout the Preserve on various terrain with frequent stops.This program is weather permitting.
