This group offering is co-led by <a href="https://theshala.com/teachers/domenick-schiavone/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Domenick Schiavone </a>and <a href="https://ahealthynetwork.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Reiki Master Hue Hallums</a>, who blend their practices of yoga and sound healing to offer a comprehensive approach to well-being that encompasses your physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.Through vinyasa yoga, Domenick will lead participants into the depths of the psyche, guiding you through introspective exercises that stimulate self-discovery. Simultaneously, Master Hue will engage the senses, surrounding each participant with ancient and ancestral instruments allowing you to be transported through space and time. An immersive practice to raise your vibratory state of Being.Conjuring the Past, Marking the Present is part of Recess’s program, <a href="https://www.recessart.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Session,</a> which invites artists to use Recess’s public platform to combine productive studio space with dynamic exhibition opportunities. Sessions remain open to the public from the first day of the artist's project through the last, encouraging sustained dialogue between artists and audiences. Due to the process-based nature of Session, projects undergo constant revision and the above proposal is subject to change.
