We’re excited to announce that Bonvec Strength will be hosting an all-day Powerlifting Program Design seminar at our gym in West Boylston on Sunday, October 15. This seminar is for powerlifters, coaches and anyone who wants to learn how to design programs that help people get as strong as possible in an intelligent and efficient way. Tony Bonvechio, head coach and founder of Bonvec Strength, began competing in powerlifting in 2010 and has trained powerlifters for over a decade.
