What if I can't attend?

Starting this season, all Opera Dives Deep presentations will be recorded and made available on Lyric Opera's YouTube channel about ten days after the live presentation.

Will there be an opportunity to ask questions of the presenter?

Yes! All sessions conclude with a Q&A.

Are there any prerequisites or prior knowledge required to participate in the series?

Not at all. We invite opera enthusiasts and curious newcomers to attend.

Will the series feature any musical performances?

Accepted Answer

Opera Dives Deep does not feature live music. Community Conversations, another series offered by the Lyric, always includes at least one live musical excerpt from the opera being discussed.

Where do I park?

Parking is free of charge and located on the north side of the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center. Please enter through the right-hand set of doors for the Conference Center.
