Laura Charles loves bringing people together. Finding opportunities for resource and best practice sharing throughout networks and communities has been central to every role she has held throughout her 15-year nonprofit career. Her creative program design has led to successful community building both online and offline, internationally and across the U.S. Most recently at Interise, she served as the Senior Manager of Network Engagement, building a national network of small business owners through the development of an online community and a series of national and local satellite convenings. While recognizing the power of online networks, Laura is excited to engage with her local community through her role as Director of Community at Workhub.

Join Miles Wilder and Laura Charles for a Live Music Yoga Flow event at The Substation! Laura will guide you through a creative flow practice that directly interacts with Miles' live improvised music. Laura's teaching style is suitable for all levels of yoga experience, as she offers cues to follow your body's natural rhythms, strengths, and boundaries. We will move and flow, and then complete our practice with gentle postures and stillness.Together Miles and Laura will create an immersive experience that engages your outward senses while fostering a deep self-connection through guided movement and breath.We offer two pricing options - a standard rate ($35) and a supported rate ($25). The standard rate reflects the true cost of our offering, and the supported rate is a more comfortable option for those who cannot afford the standard rate.Please bring your own mat and props.
