S﻿pace is limited so RSVP today!ABOUT EMELY RUMBLE :Emely Rumble is an African-American and Puerto Rican Bibliotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses literature in her work with clients in order to help them thrive in life and relationships. She is also a school-based social worker and early childhood specialist who counsels children, adolescents, and administrators in the Bronx, NY.Emely is an advocate for neurodiversity and a believer in the social model of disability. She provides individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, as well as bibliotherapy services. Emely resides with her husband, two children, and therapy support dog, Montana, in the Bronx, NY. She will be releasing her debut book Bibliotherapy in The Bronx with Row House Publishing in April 2025. A﻿BOUT US:The Bronx is Reading is a social good venture that celebrates literacy, fosters a love of reading among, children, teens, and adults, through our multifaceted initiatives including the annual Bronx Book Festival - the largest literary event uptown, TBIR Literacy Program that brings free books and authors to low income schools, a monthly book club, and our online and pop-up bookstore, as well as the Bronx Poet Laureate position.
