Learn the fundamentals of good knife skills from our favorite expert, Chef Bernard! In this hands-on class, Zwilling’s executive chef will teach students what makes a quality knife, which knife to use for each task, and how to maintain and clean knives. 

Students will practice the circular rocking motion, the chopping motion, how to dice an onion, supreme citrus fruits, mince herbs, and how to use a flexible fish fillet knife. From brunoise to julienne, each student will master a range of essential cutting techniques, making mean prep easier and more fun!
