Two back-to-back events with 11 Gongs in the sacred geometry of the Starhouse on the master number date 11/11.

The StarHouse

<h3>1﻿:00PM - 3:00PM : Gong Yoga</h3><p>Practice a rejuvenating yoga set of movement and breath-work accented by the sound and rhythm of <strong>11 gongs</strong>. This combination of Kundalini Kriya and cosmic sound creates a shamanic experience. On this auspicious day open a portal to your Higher Self with this profound practice. </p><p>This workshop will start with an introduction of the significant <strong>numerology and astrology </strong>of the day. Pavanjeet will guide you through an <strong>all levels yoga practice</strong> as the gongs complement each movement and pose. Eleven gongs placed around the Starhouse dodecagon will pulse a healing  frequency as you awaken your inner passion. </p>

<h3>3﻿:30PM - 5:15PM: Gong Relaxation </h3><p>Rest, restore and recharge in the vibrations of <strong>11 gongs </strong>set in the divine alignment of the Starhouse. The journey will start with gentle stretching and a meditation to relax the body and mind. Then lay back and unwind surrounded by the healing sound of 11 gongs played by three gong artists. This sound journey will support emotional release, energetic realignment and overall revitalization. Utilize this auspicious day to reinvigorate yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually. </p>

<p><em><strong>No experience necessary.</strong></em></p><p><em><strong>The gong is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or under 7 year olds. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong.</strong></em></p><p><em><strong>Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be available at Starhouse.</strong></em></p><h3>Individual Event Registration - $50</h3><h3>Both Events Registration - $80 / $68 Before November 6, 2023</h3><p><em>F﻿ive subsidized both events registrations available for those unable to pay full price at $40</em></p>

<p>The<strong> StarHouse</strong> was constructed by a small group of people dedicated to the principles of Sacred Geometry, StarWisdom, Sacred Union, Mythical Theatre and Community Ceremony. This beautiful, land-based temple was built between 1989-90. Since then it's served as a sacred meeting place for humanity and the Divine as a living temple offering itself to the world in the spirit of Trans-denominational spirituality and the unity of all faiths and traditions.</p>

<h2>Pavanjeet</h2><p>Pavanjeet is a Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork teacher, sound healer and astrologer based in Boulder, Colorado. He ignites students and clients with the power, wisdom and grace of their soul through any means necessary. He offers a current perceptive and understanding to ancient teachings while maintaining their integrity and potency. <h2>Valerie Weyrich</h2><p>Rooted in the practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Jyotish (Vedic Astrology), Valerie is passionate about these sacred practices for healing, health, and happiness. <h2>Jacob Rudolph</h2><p>Jacob Rudolph<strong> </strong>began his journey of yoga, meditation, and contemplation at age 20 after an experience of satori that catalyzed his spiritual growth. Primarily a student and practitioner of Devotional Nonduality as taught by Dr. David R. Hawkins, Jacob has also received extensive training in the yogas and sound/vibrational healing arts. </p><p>Jacob has led dozens of gong healings in workshops, yoga studios, A Course In Miracles retreats, private sessions, etc.. He has co-hosted overnight gong concerts in Évian (France), Los Angeles, and Miami as well as large yoga events in New Jersey, New York, and Colorado. </p>
