Two back-to-back events on the day of the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Libra: Rebirthing Kriya from Kundalini Yoga and Triple Gong Bath

<h2>1:00PM - 3:00PM : Eclipse Rebirthing</h2><p>Aligned with the Solar Eclipse, transform and renew with a potent Rebirthing Kriya. Hours after this visible New Moon Eclipse practice a powerful set of breath-work, movement and meditation to have cathartic release and deep reset. This workshop will start with a practical forecast of current astrological influences and what to expect during this Eclipse season. </p><p>All experience levels welcome. Come ready to be challenged and transform. </p>

<h2>3:30PM - 5:00PM : Triple Gong Bath </h2><p>Rest, restore and recharge with the vibrations of three gongs in the divine alignment of the Starhouse. The 50” symphonic gong, 36” brilliant gong and 22” infinity gong will be centered in the dodecagon of Starhouse. The journey will start with a gentle stretching and Kundalini Meditation followed by extended deep relaxation as you unwind in the vibrations of the gongs. </p><p><em>No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended for anyone pregnant or children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during a gong bath. </em></p><p><em>Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions available at Starhouse. </em></p>

This beautiful, land-based temple was built between 1989-90. <p><strong>Pavanjeet</strong> is a Kundalini Yoga, Breath-work and Meditation teacher, sound healer and Western astrologer based in Boulder, Colorado. His teaching style balances the profound with light-hearted play. He offers practical tools for the journey of self-discovery. </p><p>Pavanjeet’s studies of yoga and astrology started as a teen and have taken him around the world. Living in ashrams in India and spending weeks in silent meditation, he has experience in many lineages. He is a Kundalini Research Institute Level I &amp; II Certified Kundalini Teacher and has taught and supported in many Kundalini Teacher Trainings. </p><p>He is a student of Sat Nam Rasayan and Kundalini Yoga Therapy with special training in overcoming anxiety &amp; depression, trauma-informed yoga, and reducing inflammation, pain &amp; sleeplessness. He’s studied energy and bodywork with certifications in Kundalini Bodywork and Core Synchronism.
