GroundWorks: Growing GreatnessDescription:This program is funded by the Virginia and Alfred Harrell Foundation and FREE to the public.In this 3 hour class we explore: -Gardening- Visit the Okihi Garden! -Composting- How we do it and you can too! -Water Sequestration- What is it and why it's important. -Rotational Grazing- How animals play an important role in the overall health of the whole system.Dress for the weather and bring water!All ages welcome.
